INET:   An Internet delivery course.   Must have access to the internet and an e-mail address.
CV:     Class offered in Compressed Video Classroom part of the Wyoming Equality Network.
CVIN: Class offered in Compressed Video Classroom with some internet components. 
TEL:            A telecourse involves watching a series of videotapes as part of a structured course. $45 Fee
WBFC:Class offered by web conferrence. (Elluminate Live) Class will meet at set times and student will
      need a headset with microphone. Web camera optional.  Acess to internet required
